Aaron Steiner is the Director of Mobility Innovation for the City of South Bend. In this role, Aaron leads Commuters Trust, the City’s transportation-as-a-benefit program, as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayor’s Challenge. Commuters Trust works to reduce barriers to transportation for workers in the South Bend region and improve access to employment.
Prior to joining the City of South Bend, Aaron spent 7 years in consulting, working across the private and public sectors and leading large scale transformation, operational improvement, and strategy development. Aaron is passionate about community, health and well being, and helping others thrive.
