VMX International was founded in 2001. VMX International is an environmental engineering consulting firm headquartered in Detroit that works with businesses across the nation to properly recycle and dispose of items ranging from office paper to hazardous materials. VMX currently has over 60 full-time employees managing environmental projects in several states across the nation.
Vickie’s accomplishments were profiled in the “Work and Wealth” section of “Essence Magazine”, October 2003 Collector’s Edition. Motivated by her story “Essence Magazine” selected Vickie’s profile for the tabletop book “Making It Happen – Creating Success and Abundance” 2005.

LEWISVILLE, a non-profit aimed to motivate and encourage women to exercise using several training methods along with instruction and guidance on healthcare and proper nutrition. This service is NO COST to young teenagers and also offers education tutoring, workshops and etiquette training.
A native Detroiter, Vickie is the wife of Rev. David Lewis, Pastor St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church and the proud mother of Dr. David Lewis, Jr., Anesthesiologist.
