Lynn Blake

Lynn Blake is a seasoned Automotive Executive with over 20 years of experience in launching new operations, leading transformational projects, and developing corporate strategy. Blake’s experience includes OEM program/project management, governance, marketing and sales across global, regional and national markets, as well as dealership operations.

As Vice President, Automotive & eMobility for Schneider Electric, she is leading the sales strategy and transformation efforts for Schneider’s portfolio of Automotive, eMobility, and EV battery manufacturing solutions (electrical hardware, software, and services) that help customers deliver on net zero climate pledges while reducing cost and improving efficiency.

Overseeing a team of 5 strategic sellers working with customers including large automotive OEMs, tire manufacturers, EV Battery suppliers, and heavy equipment manufacturers. Sets and executes the Automotive strategy by identifying target segments and customers, working cross-functionally to develop customer solutions and roadmaps. Develops and executes the go-to-market strategies and strategic offers for key accounts.

As Vice President of Mobility at PSA North America, she was responsible for leading the strategic development of the Free2Move mobility brand and services within the North American market. She launched a car sharing operation in Washington DC and after taking over as CEO was able to bring the business to sustainability and scaled the operations to a second city in Portland OR.

Prior to joining PSA North America, Blake was the Director of Business Transformation at Nissan North America, where she led a team of project managers on initiatives to drive organizational change, competitive business practices and value creation. Throughout her tenure at Nissan, Blake worked within various sales, marketing and communications roles, being responsible for brand strategy, model positioning, advertising and media. In turn, she was named Chief of Staff for Nissan’s Chairman of the Americas and managed all aspects of the Americas Management Committee office.

She worked in the Program Management office for Nissan’s partner Renault, directing the ‘Fluence’ Electric Vehicle team to secure profitability and market presence. She also led a 20 member cross-functional team to challenge line functions and develop proposals to improve employee morale and engagement throughout North America.

Blake completed the Strategic Marketing Management Program at Stanford University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers.
