Hytch Partners with Wheels to Work
Donations to the Goodwill Wheels To Work program through the Hytch App help fund shared rides to work for Goodwill employees, eliminate one of the final barriers to employment: transportation.
Why We Partner
Goodwill and its employees are no strangers to the mobility problems faced by an entry-level workforce. That's why for the last several years, Goodwill’s Wheels-to-Work program has provided donated vehicles for employees or clients who lack transportation to work.
As an extension of the Wheels-to-Work program, Goodwill partnered with Hytch Rewards in 2017 as the first Middle Tennessee employer to offer its team members and employees direct incentives for commuting together and sharing rides using the Hytch Rewards. The goal of the partnership is to help its employees overcome the lack of transportation as a barrier to employment.
